Program Information

How do I register for a program?

You can register multiple ways. You can register online by clicking the registration button. You can also call 832-280-7660 and speak directly with a customer service representative who can assist you with your registration.

I just registered for a program, now what?

Once registered you can no log into your account. Once you’re logged in you now have access to schedules and other important information specific to your child’s sport.

Are awards given out during your program?

Each child will receive a sports participant award at our end of the season celebration.

What if my child is a beginner to organized sports or it is their first time playing a particular sport?

Each child is welcomed and accepted regardless of their skill level. Our program is designed and equipped to help each child develop and improve their talents regardless of their skill.

How long will the program run?

Our sport season runs for 8 weeks.

How many times a week do we typically play?

Games are played on Saturday’s between 9:00am and 4:00pm.

When do practices start?

The first practice will be held on opening day of the season. Your child’s coach will distribute jerseys and a practice/scrimmage game will be played.

How long are the practices and games?

Practices and games vary on sports and ages.
Ages 3-4: 60-75 minutes (Includes Practice & Game)
Ages 5-6: 60-75 minutes (Includes Practice & Game)
Ages 7-8: 75-90 minutes (Includes Practice & Game)
Ages 9-10: 75-90 minutes (Includes Practice & Game)
Ages 11-12: 90-120 minutes (Includes Practice & Game)
Ages 13+: 90-120 minutes (Includes Practice & Game)

Are all of your programs co-ed?

All games are co-ed unless otherwise noted.

Do you offer early registration discounts?

Yes, we provide early registration discounts. Please check registration schedule for discount pricing.

Can I register my child to play two sports in the same season?

Your child is welcome to play two sports in the same season as long as it doesn’t conflict with either practice sessions or games.

What paperwork must I complete in order for my child to participate in your program?

In order for a child to participate, the parent must complete the enrollment form, waiver, and the player participant agreement for their respective sport.

How old does my child have to be play?

Participant ages vary by sport and season. We offer an array of programs to children between 3-14 years of age. Please review each sport to find one that is suitable for your child.

What are the age divisions you offer?

Age groups vary season to season, but we make sure that your child plays with other children with comparable age or grade.

Will I receive a refund if I change my mind about my child playing?

We don’t give refunds but we will credit your account for an upcoming season.


When will my child’s schedule become available?

Your child’s schedule will become available on opening day.

Will my child’s schedule be emailed to me?

Your child’s schedule will not be emailed, but simply log in to your account and under your current sport, a schedule will be listed.

How do I find my child’s team assignment and Coach?

On opening day, each team will be assigned a coach and team. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session to receive your assignment.

When should I expect to hear from the Coach?

You will hear from your coach beginning on opening day.


When do I get my child’s jersey?

Your child will receive their uniform on opening day.

Game Cancellations/Weather

How do I find out if a game is cancelled due to inclement weather?

Please check our weather line on game day. We provide weather updates by 7:00am on Saturday mornings on our phone line and on the website.

Refund Policy

What is your refund policy?

Quad Sports has a strict No Refund policy. We do offer credit for future seasons. Requests for credits to future seasons must be submitted to no later than 3 weeks prior to the beginning of seasonal play.
